Ingredients
- ½ (32 oz.) bag Tyson® Frozen Boneless Skinless Chicken Thigh Strips (do not thaw)
- Kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste
- Crisco® No-Stick Cooking Spray in Original, Butter Flavor, or Olive Oil
- ½ (32 oz.) bag frozen potato wedges, thawed
- ½ cup prepared cheese sauce (4 oz.)
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices Tyson® Fully Cooked Bacon, chopped
- ½ cup prepared avocado ranch-style sauce
- ¼ cup thinly sliced green onions
Instructions
- Spray cooking spray on an outdoor grill and preheat over medium-high heat (400-450°F).
- Place frozen chicken thigh strips onto one side of the grill.
- Cook for 25 minutes, flipping often until the internal temperature reaches 170°F.
- Spray a small baking pan with cooking spray and spread out the potato wedges in a single layer.
- Place the pan on the opposite side of the grill from the chicken and heat for 15 minutes, stirring often until golden brown.
- Layer with cheese sauce, cooked chicken, shredded cheese, and bacon. Heat for 5 more minutes until cheese has melted.
- Finish with avocado ranch-style sauce and green onions.

- Kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste
- Crisco® No-Stick Cooking Spray in Original, Butter Flavor, or Olive Oil
- 24 slices mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup prepared chipotle ranch-style sauce
- 8 slices sourdough bread
Instructions
- Spray cooking spray on an outdoor grill and preheat over medium-high heat (400-450°F).
- Place frozen chicken thigh strips onto grill and cook for 25 minutes, flipping often until the internal temperature reaches 170°F.
- Reduce the grill to a low heat.
- While the chicken is cooking, top each slice of bread with equal amounts of cheese and sauce.
- Once the chicken is finished, add it to four of the bread slices. Place the remaining bread slices on top of the chicken.
- Heat sandwiches on the grill for 5-7 minutes on each side until cheese melts.
